Refund and Returns Policy

At Cable Hammock, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Used or installed products
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom or made-to-order products (unless defective)

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • or incorrect

contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will evaluate and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please:

  1. Request a return (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Cable Hammock is not responsible for returns lost in transit

General Product Disclaimer

Cable Hammock products and related accessories are intended for proper use as described in product documentation.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • improper installation
  • misuse or abuse
  • unauthorized modifications
  • normal wear and tear
  • use outside recommended environments

This policy applies to Cable Hammock products and other similar cable management or accessory products we may offer.
